SMPS Austin Chapter Sponsorship Opportunities & Benefits Effective January 1, 2008 Policies: Sponsorship is open to all interested companies. Please note there may be overlapping or competing disciplines represented as sponsors. Representatives from sponsoring companies will pay the regular price for programs or luncheons unless otherwise noted as a benefit of sponsorship level. Companies can become sponsors at any time during the year. Sponsorship “Member” rates are available to firms withTexas members Payment will be forwarded to the SMPS President or Treasurer Monthly Program Sponsor $250 Member | $400 Non-Member Logo promoting the company on the emailed program invitation (Invitations are sent out 3 times, beginning 21 days prior to the program. Sponsor is responsible for providing company logo in sufficient time to meet this deadline) Logo with link to company website displayed on SMPS web site promoting the program Logo and brief (25-50 word max.) write up in printed luncheon program at event Placement of company promotional materials at event - Sponsor is responsible for providing and distributing materials Verbal recognition of sponsor at event by meeting facilitator Complimentary lunch for one company representative   Lunch and Learn, Webinar, or Networking Event Sponsor $150 Member | $200 Non-Member Logo promoting the company on the emailed program invitation. (Invitations are sent out twice beginning 14 days prior to the program. Sponsor is responsible for providing company logo in sufficient time to meet this deadline) Logo with link to company website displayed on SMPS web site promoting the program Logo included on any program, menu, agenda or other printed event publication, if applicable Verbal recognition of sponsor at event by meeting facilitator Complimentary lunch/registration for one company representative   Workshop Sponsor $250 Member | $400 Non-Member Logo promoting the company on the emailed program invitation. (Invitations are sent out three times beginning 21 days prior to the program. Sponsor is responsible for providing company logo in sufficient time to meet this deadline) Logo with link to company website displayed on SMPS web site promoting the program Placement of company promotional materials at event - Sponsor is responsible for providing and distributing materials Verbal recognition of sponsor at event by meeting facilitator   Annual Sponsor (12 month benefit beginning with month payment is received) Logo only on ALL emailed program invitations Placement of company promotional materials at ALL programs, if desired. - Sponsor is responsible for providing and distributing materials Verbal recognition of sponsorship during ALL programs Complimentary lunch for one company representative at 6 programs during year (not including Workshops) Company logo and website link for one year Logo recognition in ALL Chapter Newsletters during year One-Time Donations Any one-time donations will be graciously accepted by SMPS Austin. As a sign of our appreciation for your generous gift, we will verbally thank you during the meeting, if provided at the meeting, or at the meeting following the donation. We will also recognize the donation on our Chapter website during the month of your contribution.
